Chocolate Peanut Butter Crispy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 18 oz. jar Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 to 2 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

In medium, combine all ingredients except chocolate hips. Blend well with wooden sppon until mixture forms a dough. Refridgerate at least 1 hour. Roll dough into 1 inch balls & keep chilled. In double boiler over medium-low heat, melt chocolate chips, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Remove chocolate from heat & dough balls from fridge. Using a toothpick or tongs, dip balls into the chocolate until coated and place on waxed paper. Rewarm chocolate as needed. Chill chocolate coated balls until ready to serve.
