Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes (3 lb/1.5 kg)
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Scrub 4 sweet potatoes (3 lb/1.5 kg); cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges. In bowl, toss together potatoes, 2 tbsp (25 mL) vegetable oil and 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper. Roast on large rimmed baking sheet in 400°F (200°C) oven, turning once, until tender, abou 30 minutes.
