Ingredients
- 1 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Hot Pico de Gallo
- 1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz.) H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 cups H-E-B Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheeses and enchilada sauce in a 3-4 quart crockpot.
Stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
Add H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Hot Pico de Gallo.
