Lemonade Cookies

These delicious cookies are soft, moist and bursting with lemon flavor!

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 6 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F.

Add eggs, butter, sugar and half of the lemonade concentrate to a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until blended.

Stir in flour and baking soda.

Drop about a tablespoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes.

Remove from oven. Brush cookies with lemonade concentrate and sprinkle on sugar.
