  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 ⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ⁄4 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon stivia
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in small blender and mix until completely emulsified.

Use immediately or store in fridge.
