Ingredients
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp white pep
- 1 whole chx
- 1 can (12 oz) beer
Preparation
Step 1
Combine seasonings and rub in and out of chx. Refrigerate for up to 24 hrs. Heat oven to 350 or indirect heat on grill. Make 2 holes in beer can. Cover grill and cook approx 70 minutes on grill or in oven. Let stand 5 minutes.
