Ingredients

  • 1 Sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Lemon
  • Fruit (Raspberries, Blueberries)
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Preparation

Step 1

400 oven
Lay pastry on a floured surface, Cut in half
Sprinkle with almonds and a little sugar.
Lay other pieces on top and press together with rolling pin and roll into 6x14 rectangle
Pierce the middle and make small slits with a knife.
Transfer to baking sheet lined with Parchment
Brush with water and bake until golden, 20-25 minutes
Top with fruit
Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream
