BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • Pork Butt (2.5 lb)
  • 1 can Diet Pepsi
  • 1/2 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
  • Lawry's Seasoning Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Generally coat pork butt with Lawry's seasoning salt.
Place in crock pot and pour pop and bbq sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
After 4 hours or so, take 2 forks and shred the meat into bite size chunks.
Let sit in juice to soak up all the flavor.
Add more BBQ on own sandwich if desired.
