Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained (see Note)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries pop. Let cool slightly then cover and chill until ready to serve.
