Copycat Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeño Dip Recipe

We like this copycat Chuy’s dip better than the one I sent a few years ago. If it’s too thick the next day, whisk in a little bit of buttermilk. I use canola oil mayo.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1 TB pickled jalapeño juice
  • ½ cup buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor & process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy as a chip dip, salad dressing, or sauce!
