Spanish Rice

Ingredients

  • 16 16 5 oz. stewed tomatoes (pulse 5 seconds)
  • 1 1 1 C. white rice
  • 1 1 1 C. cheese
  • 4 4 4 oz. sliced black olives
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 2 2 2 oz. green chiles
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. onion, diced
  • 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 C. water, boiling
  • 1 1 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in a 2 quart baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
