Ingredients
- 16 16 5 oz. stewed tomatoes (pulse 5 seconds)
- 1 1 1 C. white rice
- 1 1 1 C. cheese
- 4 4 4 oz. sliced black olives
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C. olive oil
- 2 2 2 oz. green chiles
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. onion, diced
- 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 C. water, boiling
- 1 1 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in a 2 quart baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
