Ingredients
- This recipe is super simple and will make a chocolate fondue that is really scrumptious. Great for dipping strawberries or anything else !!
- 16 ounces milk chocolate or dark and bittersweet
- 3/4 cup heavy cream (heavy whipping cream)
- 3 TBS good quality brandy
- Strawberries, Manderine Oranges, Angelfood cake
Preparation
Step 1
Combine chocolate and the heavy cream in heavy saucepan.
Cook over low heat and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Make sure to use low heat so the mixture doesn't burn.
Stir in the brandy and remove from the heat. If the fondue is too thick you can add a bit more whipping cream.
