Cheesy Egg Scrambler

Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 whole wheat pita bread, toasted
- 2 2 2 egg whites
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Spray small skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium heat 30 sec. Meanwhile, whisk egg whites and cheese until blended.
Add egg mixture to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. or until eggs are set and cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
Spoon into pita pocket.
