Ingredients
- 7 oz package of macaroni
- 8 oz Velveeta
- 1 stick Margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 oz sharp grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise (DO NOT USE SALAD DRESSING)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pimento or stuffed olives for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni.
Melt Velveeta, Margarine, and milk. Add cheddar cheese. Stir In celery soup, mayonnaise, Salt and pepper. Cook until smooth on low stirring constantly. Combine with macaroni and spoon into lightly buttered casserole.
Bake 15 minutes @ 350. Garnish top with pimento or stuffed olives.
