Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 Cup uncooked old fashioned or quick oats
- ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ Cup butter or margarine
- 4 Cups of yams, peeled, sliced and boiled until tender
- 1 Cups fresh cranberries
- 1 ½ Cup miniature marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
•Combine flour, sugar, oats and cinnamon; cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
•Arrange yams and cranberries in 16x10x2 inch casserole dish and sprinkle with crumb mixture.
•Bake in a a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes
•Remove from oven, sprinkle with marshmallows and broil until lightly browned, being careful not to burn.
