Ingredients
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. white horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup white wine

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Trim the fat off the chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
On a plate, mix together the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
In a bowl, stir together the horseradish, mustard, and wine. Marinate the chicken pieces up to 1 hour.
Dip the chicken in the horseradish mixture until it is well coated. Roll the chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs to form an even coating. Gently shake off any excess. Place the pieces on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until done.
