Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worechestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in pot over medium heat. Saute onion until soft; add ketchup, brown sugar, worechestershire sauce, vinegar and cayenne. Simmer 15 minutes, until sauce thickens; turn off heat. Puree with stick blender, or allow sauce to cool and puree in blender.
