Hash Brown Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Onion
  • 5 large Potatoes
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 9 tbsp Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Turn on your waffle iron, with the heat to about 75-80%.

Peel and shred your potatoes. Season them with salt and let them sit. Mix in grated onions and use a towel to wring out moisture.

Put combination in a bowl with eggs and sour cream. Add pepper.

Use melted butter to prepare the waffle maker.

Spread the potato mix over the waffle iron.
