Ingredients
- 2 Cups cake flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups Milk ( add more for thinner batter)
- 1 1/2 oz. Beer
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 Tbs Oil
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Egg whites
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all liquid ingredients in a bowl first and then add all cake flour and make batter, if needed add a little milk and strain, rest for 30 minutes. Make crêpes in a non stick pan.
