- 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
- 3 oz. (1/3 cup) brandy
- 2 oz. (1/4 cup) white creme de cacao
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- whipped cream
- ground cinnamon

Step 1
In a blender, combine ice cream, brandy and creme de cacao. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until thoroughly blended.
Pour mixture into eight 1 1/2 to 2 oz. shot glasses. Top each with whipped cream piped through a star tip. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Serve immediately or nest in ice.
