Fluffy Herb Drop Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh basil
  • 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. In another large bowl, whisk buttermilk, oil, basil and rosemary; stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins or until light brown. Serve warm.
