Ingredients
- 1 large boiling potato (1/2 pound) peeled and chopped
- 1 medium onion – coarsely chopped
- 1 celery heart (inner and leaves) coarsely chop to = 1/2 cup
- 1 large grannie smith apple – peel and coarsely chop
- 1 firm ripe banana – coarsely chop
- 2 cups chicken broth (1 can)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 T. butter
- 1 round tsp. curry
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, simmer vegetables and fruits with broth until tender – about 12 minutes. Stir butter, salt and curry. Puree. Return to pan and stir in cream. Heat through.
