Ingredients
- 8 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 1/4 cups chopped tomatoes
- 8 ounces dry salami chopped
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 cup drained chick peas
- 3/4 cup grated provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 green onions chopped
- Dressing
- 6 Tbls. Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbls. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbls. Minced garlic
- 1 Tbl. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 teas. Dry mustard
- 1/2 teas. Sugar
- 1 cup olive oil

Step 1
Toss all salad ingredients together. Mix dressing ingredients and slowly pour in oil while stirring.
Can be served on a plate or stuffed into a pita.
