• 6 jumbo shrimp
• 6 medium scallops
• 1 small, thinly sliced of beef, chicken, and pork
• 12 pieces, crab meat
• 8 pieces broccoli
• 8 pieces nappa cabbage (sliced)
• 8 pieces red bell pepper, sliced thin
• 1 carrots, matchstick sized
• 12 pieces snow peas
• 1 zucchini, matchstick sized
• SAUCE
• 2 tsp oyster sauce
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 4 tsp Sherry
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp Hoi Sin sauce
• 1/2 tsp onions
• 4 tsp cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Stir-fry meats and vegetables together in hot oil.

Sauce:
Mix together all ingredients, adding cornstarch last.

Pour over meat.
