Grandma Tatman's Meat Marinade

By

This marinade is very tasty. You can use it with a cheaper cut of meat like a sirloin or round steak and it will make it tender and tasty. Also very good with flank steak. Remember the steak that had marinated several days in our refrigerator in Canada and then Jordan cooked it?

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put into large zip lock bag. Add meat and remove most of the air so that the marinade is on the meat. Marinate in refrigerator overnight or for several days. Remove meat and grill.

Marinade can be reused – keep in Ziploc bag or tupperward container and put in freezer either by itself or put meat in the marinade and put in freezer and it will further marinade as it defrosts.
