  • 1 Buttercrust sandwich loaf
  • 6 oz. Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 small pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Butter
  • 2 beaten egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Cut sandwich loaf into 1 in. squares. Trim off crusts. Melt cheese, cream cheese, and butter in a double boiler. When cool, add beaten egg whites. Spread mixture over cubes on all sides. Place close together in baking pan. (If desired, can be covered and refrigerated until day needed).
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.
