Reboot - Macadamia Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup macadamias (soaked overnight in coconut water – optional)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1


1.) Place all ingredients in blender.

2.) Blend until creamy about 45 – 60 seconds.

3.) ENJOY!

Substitutions:
Macadamia – cashews, almonds
Coconut water – water or ice
Raspberries – strawberries, blueberries, blackberries
Banana – avocado
Coconut oil – flaxseed oil/meal
