Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together first 4 ingredients. Cream crisco, add sugar, egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add oatmeal, cornflakes and coconut.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
