Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 - 8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups unsifted powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and pat into an 8x11 or 9x11 pan - build up the sides
Beat cream cheese and eggs together til smooth; add powdered sugar and beat til smooth. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes til lightly brown.
