- 4 chicken cutlets
- mayonaise
- fresh basil
- panko crumbs
- assiago cheese
- pine nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325.
Cut chicken cutlets lengthwise then top with mayonaise and chopped fresh basil.
In another bowl mix panko crumbs, assiago cheese and pine nuts. Pour over top of chicken and bake 35 minutes.
