Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 C Sifted Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Egg and
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 C Milk
  • Rest 20 Minutes

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a LITTLE butter in
Crepe pan. Stack them as you
make them; keep them warm
till you use them.
