- 2 beaten Eggs
- 2 Cups Cooked rice
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 Cups All purpose flour
- 4 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Powdered sugar
- cinnamon and sugar
Blend egg, rice, milk, and oil.
Combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir into egg mixture just till moistened.
Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls into deep hot fat (375°).
Fry till golden, about 1 1/2 minutes per side.
Drain on paper toweling.
Dip in powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar.
