Ingredients
- Citrus glaze:
- 12 Rhodes dinner rolls- thawed
- Rind of two lemons- grated
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbl. Butter melted
- 2 tbl. Fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Mix grated lemon rind with sugar.
Cut rolls in half and place in a 12 inch deep dish pizza pan or a 9 by 13 inch baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Drizzle ¼ cup melted butter over rolls. Sprinkle with lemon rind/sugar mixture, reserving ½ of mixture to sprinkle on just before baking.
Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. (At this point, the rolls can be put in the refrigerator overnight - remove from refrigerator) Let rise until double in size.
Remove wrap. Sprinkle on remaining rind and sugar mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Combine ingredients for glaze. Mix well.
When rolls are baked, immediately turn over onto serving plate or tray.
Drizzle glaze over pull-aparts. Serve warm.
