- Garlic powder
- onion powder
- Italian seasoning
- 3 slices of bread per pound of meat made into breadcrumbs and soaked in milk
- Locatelli cheese
- Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg per pound of meat
- Whole and crushed tomatoes;tomatoes paste; tomatoes puree
- SAUCE RECIPE
- SAUTE onions add garlic; add tomatoes;meat balls;sausage or pork
