This was Grandma Pomeroy's recipe and is still a favorite at the beach house or wherever the family is gathered.

Ingredients
- Beat 3 eggs lightly with a pinch of salt.
- 1/2 cup flour – add in 4 additions – beating each time
- 1/2 cup milk – in 2 additions – beating each time
- Add 2 tablespoons melted butter.

Preparation
Step 1
Generously grease a heavy frying pan – or pour into a couple of well greased pie plates.
Bake 20 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven and then 10 minutes at 300 degrees.
Serve with lemon wedges and powdered sugar.
