can Hellman's mayonnaise
cup sharp grated cheddar cheese
Tablespoons Realemon juice
teaspoon curry powder
Line a 9 X 13 inch pan with the chicken. Mix together the other ingredients and spread mixture over the chicken. Top with crumbled Ritz or Club crackers (or not). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I have also cut up broccoli and partially cooked rice and put that in the pan first and then top with chicken and sauce.
