Ingredients

  • 3 C Uncooked Macaroni
  • 1/2 C Parmesean Cheese
  • 1/4 C Flour
  • 2 1/2 C Milk
  • 6 oz. Velveeta Cheese
  • 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 C Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Macaroni according to the package. While the macaroni is cooking combine flour, pepper and 1/2 C milk, whisk until smooth. Gradually add remaining milk while whisking. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat add the cheese's stirring until melted. Remove from heat, stir in macaroni. Place in baking dish, bake for about
30 minutes or until a little golden brown. You may top with french fried onions or crushed crackers and butter.
