Ingredients
- 2 C cubed Italian bread (day-old bread will absorb dressing better, but fresh can be used)
- 1 medium garden-fresh tomatoe, seeded and chopped into bite-sized pieces
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2-3 t red wine vinegar
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 4-5 basil leaves, chopped
