Ingredients

  • 2 cans jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1-1/2 C sliced, frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed and drained
  • 1 C frozen raspberries, thawed and drained

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, mash cranberry sauce; add remaining ingredients, stirring gently. Let flavors "marry" for at least an hour before serving.

Note: This is not only a great relish to accompany holiday meats, but also makes a nice topping for cakes and/or ice cream.
