Ingredients
- 7 1/2 c chopped onions
- 4 Tb butter
- 1/2 c raw rice
- 5 c boiling water
- 3/4 c grated swiss cheese
- 2/3 c half and half
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in butter. Cook rice in water 5 minutes. Drain rice. Mix with onions. Add cheese and Cream. Bake covered for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
