Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar (can use less)
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 c water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 canned or boiled sweet potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, butter, water & salt in heavy skillet.Cook until mixture bubbles. Add potatoes and cook slowly turning occasionally until potatoes are glazed - about 20
minutes.
