Ingredients
- 1 gallon ripe tomatoes
- 3 ears of cut corn
- 1 cup of lima beans
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 small hot pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup of okra
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together. Cook for 30 minutes after the soup starts to boil. Put in sterilized jars.
