Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Eggs, separated
- 3 cups rhubarb
- 9 " pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Blend sugar with flour and nutmeg. You can add egg yolds and reserve whites for meringue. Place rhubarb in pie crust. Pour custard over it. Bake at 450 for 10 min, then 30 min at 350. If meringue is used for topping, cool pie, top with meringue, and brown.
