Ingredients

- 1 tube thin crust pizza dough
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 lb deli salami, thinly sliced
- 1/4 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes or 2 oz jar pimientos, drained
- 1 Tbs butter, melted
- 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbs Italian seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on large cutting board or counter. Unroll
dough and pat into a 14 x 12 in. retangle on top of seasoning. Sprinkle
with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses to within ½ in. of edges; top with meat
and red peppers. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with short side; seal
seam and tuck ends under.
3. Place seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush with butter;
sprinkle with Parmesan chees
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Slice with serrated knife.
