CHEESEY VELVEETA DIP

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds of velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 T taco seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and season with salt & pepper. After it's browned drain the excess oil and set aside.
In a crock pot put cheese, salsa and sour cream. As it starts to melt you can add the ground beef and taco seasoning.

When completely melted serve with tortilla chips!
