Ingredients
- bananas
- 2 T butter
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 t lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cut bananas into 1/2" diagonal slices. Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar and lemon juice and cook, carefully swirling pan until a golden caramel forms. Add bananas and cook, stirring occasionally, just until they soften and are coated in caramel, about 2-3 minutes.
