- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1/4 c plus 2 T olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 c basil, finely shredded
- yellow pear tomatoes (optional)
