Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 12 oz jar creamy peanut butter (1 1/2 cup)
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 cup M&M's
- 1/2 cup chocolate or white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 4 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a very large mixing bowl, combine eggs, butter and sugars. Mix well.
Add salt, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix.
2. Drop by tablespoon, 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
3. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake cookies 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool.
