Ingredients

  • 1 roll Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 2 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup each/or thin sliced strawberries, kiwi
  • fruit, bananas, apples, or other fruit of choice
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbs Water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 15x10x1 pan with Pam. Slice cookie dough as
directed on package, arrange slices on pan. Using floured fingers, press
dough evenly into pan. Bake 10-12 min. or until golden brown. Cool
completely.

2. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread on cooled pizza. Cut
pizza into serving size pieces.

3. Arrange sliced fruit attractively. Heat orange marmalade with water and
brush over top of fruit.
