    roll Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough

  • 2

    8oz cream cheese

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 1/2

    cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2

    cup each/or thin sliced strawberries, kiwi

  • fruit, bananas, apples, or other fruit of choice

  • 1/4

    cup orange marmalade

  • 1

    Tbs Water

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 15x10x1 pan with Pam. Slice cookie dough as directed on package, arrange slices on pan. Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into pan. Bake 10-12 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely. 2. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread on cooled pizza. Cut pizza into serving size pieces. 3. Arrange sliced fruit attractively.
